How can you enhance your stamina level?



Every individual requires good stamina level to constantly feel energized about the duty he/she has in his/her hand. If you are too tired and busy, it enhances your chances of making mistakes. Some ways to raise your stamina level are:

  • Lift your fitness level – Vision your fitness level as a part of your job and schedule fitness activities into your day. If you are fit, it will blossom energy, mental clarity and stress beating advantages. You can also go for some progressive techniques like interval training, which yields higher level of fitness and endurance.
  • Select your food properly – Get more intake of GI (Glycemic Index) foods during your working day. Include more and more cereals, brown rice, pasta, baked potatoes, fruits, grain breads in your food. Do not have excess amount of high GI foods as some of them like white bread, doughnuts, corn syrup, honey, candies will for sure deliver high calories to the bloodstream but also cause abrupt fall in energy later on.
  • Find your career interests – Find your career interest areas, in which you are good, have a deep interest and enjoy doing it. Spending more time in your likable areas means less stress, high energy and satisfaction.
  • De stress on the job – More stress creates less emotional control and diminution in decision-making and interpersonal skills. Make use of stress management strategies like positive self-talk lowers anger as well as anxiety; calm breathing and yoga stretching can break up tightness and tension.
  • Time optimization – Make full utilization of your time by spending bulk of your time in 3 categories: Nice to do, Need to do and Need to do well tasks. Amongst them, nice to do tasks can be ignored, need to do tasks have to be completed and need to do well activities needs your utmost effort and attention.
  • Proper relaxation - Proper relaxation will be really helpful in soothing your body as well as mind. This gonna raise your stamina level.
